Gita Ralleigh (UK) speaks on mentoring those who write poetry in a language that is not their mother tongue and those diasporic poets who have a “lost” mother tongue; she discusses how poets can be supported to incorporate their mother tongue into poetry, resulting in work of exceptional creative power.
